Now online, the final programme consists of three plenary sessions, seven high-level round tables, more than 155 sessions focused on science, practice and science/practice, as well as numerous field trips on 13 May.
At the opening session on Tuesday 10 May, keynote speeches will be heard from the Dutch Minister of Infrastructure and the Environment Melanie Schulz van Heagen, from the Executive Secretary of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, Christiana Figueres, and from the Special Envoy of COP 22 and Minister of the Environment of the Kingdom of Morocco, Hakima El Haite.
At the plenary session on Wednesday 11 May, Her Majesty Queen Maxima of the Netherlands, acting in her capacity as the United Nations Secretary-General’s Special Advocate for Inclusive Finance for Development, will offer a keynote speech.
At the plenary session on Thursday 12 May, conclusions from the sessions will be presented. High level representatives from the host organisations, business and indigenous communities will reflect on the conclusions.
